Vegan Chocolate (Avocado) & Peanut Butter Pudding
This healthy Vegan pudding is a quick and easy delicious dessert that satisfies cravings with its rich chocolate and peanut butter taste. Whether you are making a quick dessert for a friend, yourself, or if you simply want to try a new recipe. You will be surprised knowing that it is healthy because of how good it tastes. The avocado creates a richness that is necessary for the pudding while the addition of peanut butter adds pop and flavor. For even more yummy relish, we use a substitute for whipped cream, (which should definitely take the starting position). Vegan coconut whipped cream not only benefits your body but is a great combination with chocolate and peanut butter!
Vegan Pudding Ingredients
– 2 ripe avocados
– 1 ripe banana
– 1/2 cup raw cacao or unsweetened coco
– 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 1/3 cup almond milk
Mix all ingredients in a food processor for a minute and voila! Done.
Coconut Whipped Cream (Vegan)
– 1 can of full-fat coconut milk
– 1 TSP vanilla extract
– 1 TSP maple syrup
The can of coconut milk should have a thick, creamy layer at the top. You will need to scoop this layer out and whip with the other ingredients. Add on top of the pudding and drizzle with peanut butter.
